iscr2u Platform Usage

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "iscr2u" — refers to the website, services, games and all functions available under the domain iscr2u.one.
• "User" or "Member" — an individual who has registered and holds an active account on the iscr2u platform.
• "Account" — the personal registration record created by a user to access iscr2u services.
• "Real Money" — actual funds in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or cryptocurrency deposited into a user's account.
• "Bonus" — credits or additional benefits granted by iscr2u to users subject to the stated conditions.
• "Wagering" — the betting requirement that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn from the account.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of its contents.

2. User Eligibility

By registering at iscr2u, you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years old on the date of registration and while using the platform.
• You are registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of another party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list of any recognised body.
• Use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure this.
• The funds used for gambling come from legitimate sources and not from illegal activities.

iscr2u strictly prohibits participation by underage individuals. Any attempt to register using false information to bypass age restrictions will result in immediate account closure and freezing of all balances.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the iscr2u platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without refund.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Users are responsible for updating that information if any changes occur.
• The full name registered must match the name on a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• One mobile phone number and one email address may only be linked to one account.
• A registered account is personal in nature and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

iscr2u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through payment methods designated by the platform. All financial transactions are subject to the following limits and procedures:

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing is normally completed within 1 hour from the time the request is received and verified.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to the platform's verification policy.

iscr2u reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions that exceed certain limits or are assessed as requiring further review for security or compliance reasons. This process is carried out solely to protect users' interests.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

iscr2u offers various promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply:

Welcome Bonus (120% First Deposit Bonus):

• A bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount is given to eligible new members, up to a maximum of RM1,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x the bonus amount) before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement = RM120 × 25 = RM3,000.
• Another example: deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM1,000 → account balance RM2,800 → wagering requirement = RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each user is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once in the lifetime of the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• iscr2u reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse or breach of terms.
• Each other promotion offered carries its own conditions stated separately on the relevant promotions page.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the iscr2u platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, Teen Patti and other categories — are subject to the following general rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generation system or by actual event results for sports betting. iscr2u does not manipulate any results.
• Should a technical disruption occur during an active game session, iscr2u will resolve the situation based on valid system records. The platform's decision is final in such cases.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Users are responsible for checking bet details before confirming them.
• iscr2u reserves the right to void game rounds or bets affected by a verifiable technical error, and the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account.
• In sports betting, the postponement or cancellation of a match will be resolved in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant betting category.

7. User Conduct

iscr2u users are required to interact with the platform and other users in a responsible and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system (collusion).
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system for personal financial gain.
• Making any false representations regarding identity or eligibility when registering or claiming bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any financial transactions that violate the law.

8. Account Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their account login details. iscr2u recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for other accounts.
• Never share your username and password with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device or public network.
• Contact the iscr2u support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account.

iscr2u will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any such request is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

iscr2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to not meet the eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• The user is found to hold multiple accounts on the platform.
• The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• iscr2u suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or promotion abuse.
• Information provided during registration or verification is found to be false or misleading.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user after the investigation is completed, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-related winnings will not be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, iscr2u is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of unfavourable game outcomes or bets.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond iscr2u's control, including internet outages, user device issues or force majeure events.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or decisions made by users based on information obtained from the platform, unless that information is proven to be inaccurate due to iscr2u's negligence.

iscr2u's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

iscr2u reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or relating to the use of the iscr2u platform will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is licensed, under a recognised international licence.

Should any dispute arise between a user and iscr2u, the first step is to contact the customer support team for an initial resolution. iscr2u is committed to resolving complaints in a fair, transparent and timely manner.

• Users may submit complaints via 24/7 live chat or by email to the iscr2u support team.
• All complaints will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe by the relevant team.
• iscr2u's final decision on disputes relating to game outcomes or transactions is based on valid system records and cannot be contested unless there is strong evidence of a technical error.

By using the iscr2u platform, users agree to abide by the dispute resolution mechanism set out above.
